If you are the driver of an Agility Fleet vehicle with a maintenance package, then rest assured that your vehicle is covered for roadside assistance and recovery throughout the contract term.
For drivers of vehicles with non-maintained contracts you may have manufacturer breakdown and recovery support for all or part of the contract term.
If you are driving your vehicle outside of the UK you will need to advise Agility Fleet prior to departing to ensure that cover is in place. Please click here for more information on travelling abroad with your company vehicle.
Procedure to Follow
In the unlikely event that you require roadside assistance, then please call our 24 hour support line is this 01527 571605?. Your call will be answered by one of our advisors who will ask you to provide some basic details in order to help us determine the most effective way of assisting you including:-
- Vehicle make, model, registration number and colour
- Your name, address and contact telephone number
- In the case of company car drivers, your Company Name
- The current location of the vehice
- An overview of the problem with the vehicle
Please return and stay with your vehicle after calling.
Please note that your vehicle is automatically covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for an initial period, details of which can be found in the manufacturer’s handbook. You will be automatically transferred to this service provider if cover is still applicable.
Should the reason for the call out be determined to be a driving induced error you may be charged for the call out. Driver induced errors include, but are not limited to:-
- Incorrect fueling
- Locked keys inside car
