I drive a car that is leased from your company and I just wanted to drop you a line with regard to the very satisfactory levels of customer service that I have received at each occasion I have needed to make contact with your staff.
I always find them to be friendly, courteous and professional in their approach, also if a callback is promised then in my experience it happens at the promised time.
I feel that all too often people are quick to moan over poor service but don’t take the same time to commend good service and so here is my attempt to balance the books in some small way.

As a growing business ourselves, we felt it was vital to get on board with the right sort of company. One who held the same views as our own with regards to fleet management.
We were looking for the type of company that could support us in ensuring we chose the right fleet and aftercare. Customer service was also essential.

I have been fortunate enough to have worked with Agility for some time now, and there have been many occasions where the staff have gone that extra mile for me when needed.
One occasion I particularly remember was a weekend where a member of my staff was attending a training course on the Monday morning quite early, and a car was to be delivered to his home address on the Saturday morning in preparation for this.
Unfortunately the delivery didn’t happen as planned, and so I rang Jacki Stevenson from Agility to see what could be done. Jacki spent most of her Sunday calling the delivery company and re-arranging for the car to be on site as promised in time for the course on the Monday morning.
This type of reaction and dedication to ensuring that their customers are happy is exactly what we originally signed up for and why we continue to stay with Agility.

I am the fleet manager of a company that operates throughout the UK and we currently lease 600 cars through Agility Fleet in Bromsgrove.
Their professional approach and friendly staff have certainly made my role a lot easier.
All of the team, from their finance department and sales to admin and fleet support, even down to the people that valet the vehicles, are helpful and knowledgeable, with nothing being too much trouble.
They offer us a wide range of cars and vans which are bespoke to our particular (and sometimes unusual) requests.
Their ability to supply vehicles and sort out any issues (which are usually caused by our drivers) at short notice is exceptional.

I am always confident that if I need something delivered to one of our sites it will arrive. Likewise if a vehicle needs collecting I know it will be done.

Bishop’s Move has had a number of cars on lease with a large manufacturer in the past, and every time the cars have gone back we have received post-contract charges for blemishes and repairs.
This is despite going around the vehicles with a critical eye a month prior to handback and effecting repairs where necessary.
To say they are fastidious in their review of the cars on handback would be an understatement. A perfectly legal approach and in line with the contract paperwork, but in my view a very harsh approach with little regard to common sense, or the long-term building of business relationships.
Agility on the other hand, we have found to follow a pragmatic approach, thinking of the long term business relationship.

I feel it is important to provide positive feedback where it is due, and I have been very impressed with your help. My car broke down on 26th February on the motorway, I called Agility and was put through to the AA. I was given safety advice and seen as a priority. Within 25 minutes the AA arrived.
I was then followed to a local garage, and the AA worked with Agility to arrange a hire car. The AA then drove me to the hire car centre and stayed with me until I had a new vehicle. This all happened within an hour and a half of the breakdown.
I also received calls from yourselves with all the details I would need for the hire car, and later to make sure I was safe, which included contact details after 5pm.
The whole process worked like clockwork, and I am so grateful that I have a lease car. I really appreciated the fast, helpful service when I was stood in the snow at the roadside!
