Agility Fleet’s Personal Contract Hire (PCH) works in the same manner as contract hire for a business. This finance option allows you to drive a new vehicle over an agreed period of time and mileage at a set monthly rental. This gives you a cost-effective access to a new vehicle and avoid those large drops in values normally associated with owning a new vehicle outright.
Agility Fleet can also include a maintenance package, which is added to your contract for a fixed additional monthly cost. This provides a full breakdown and recovery facility covering all servicing, replacement tyres* and other repair costs for the whole contract.
At the end of the personal contract hire agreement there is no option to purchase the vehicle. You simply return the vehicle to us ensuring it’s condition meets the BVRLA ‘Fair Wear and Tear Guide’ and replace with another one.
We also specialise with Grey Fleet drivers, this is the term used to describe any vehicles driven by employees that do not belong to the company but can be used for business travel.

Your Personal Contract Hire vehicle will be on a fixed term basis that can range from 2 to 5 years, with an anticipated annual mileage and you can choose from either a customer maintained or a fully maintained contract depending on your business requirements.
All you need to do is make fixed monthly rental for your arranged period of cover, then simply return the vehicle back at the end of your contract and replace with another one.
Am I Eligible for Personal Contract Hire:
One of Agility Fleet’s core values is Flexibility, therefore all considerations above are relevant but we will always help to ease the burden of these if and where possible.
For instance, all of our end of contract vehicles are assessed by BVRLA trained appraisers at our own Remarketing centre in Bromsgrove. We do not use a third party who may apply a strict approach to inspecting the vehicles.
We also review mileage outlooks to re-align contracts to avoid heavy excess mileage charges, it is far more financially viable to re-schedule the contract with a higher monthly rental.
