Fair Wear & Tear Policy

All vehicles supplied on a Contract Hire Agreement are supplied subject to certain return standards being met. Any damage over and above the acceptable standards will be chargeable.

To ensure consistency and fairness, all vehicles supplied to you by Agility Fleet are appraised upon return in our own in-house Vehicle Remarketing Centre and, as specified in your Master lease Agreement, the condition of the vehicle is compared with the BRVLA Fair Wear and Tear Standard. Please note that separate standards exist for Cars and LCV’s.

To avoid end of contract charges for damage, it is your responsibility to ensure that any repairs that would not be considered as normal fair wear and tear, are rectified prior to the vehicle being returned/collected.
