In the unlikely event that you breakdown and require assistance, then rest assured we are available 24/7. With a fully maintained Agility contract your vehicle is covered for roadside assistance and recovery throughout your contract term. If your vehicle cannot be fixed on the roadside, we will arrange for it to be taken to a garage or we can provide a relief vehicle if necessary.
Should your vehicle be customer maintained you may be covered by the manufacturer so please confirm this with them directly.

If you have unfortunately been in an accident, please let your fleet manager know. They may guide you to contact your own insurance company to advise on recovery or to contact us directly.
If it is not an insurance claim, we can direct you to an approved garage. Please contact us following the incident so we can keep our records up to date.
