Agility Fleet Acquired by Driveway Vehicle Solutions

Acquisition adds 1,200 vehicles to Driveway Vehicle Solutions‘ fleet and strengthens its position as a leading UK provider.

Driveway Vehicle Solutions, Lithia UK’s fleet and leasing arm, has announced the acquisition of Agility Fleet, the Bromsgrove-based contract hire and leasing business, in a move that accelerates its growth strategy.

The deal, which completed on 29 April 2026 will see Driveway Vehicle Solutions absorb Agility Fleet’s managed vehicle portfolio, FCA registration, and operational expertise. The acquisition adds more than 1,200 vehicles to the Driveway Vehicle Solutions fleet overnight, marking a significant step forward in the business’ expansion. It follows the recent rebrand of the business to Driveway Vehicle Solutions in March 2026, which marked a new chapter for the business, focused on growth, customer experience and long-term capability.

Over the past 12 months, Driveway Vehicle Solutions has delivered strong performance, including 14% growth, 100% customer retention and a significant improvement in its Trustpilot rating from 1.3 to 4.5. With a fleet of 12,000 vehicles prior to this acquisition, the addition of Agility’s fleet further strengthens its position and supports its ambition to scale rapidly.

This move underlines Driveway Vehicle Solutions’ ambitious growth plans, with a target of reaching 20,000 vehicles as part of its long-term growth plans. It also signals the activation of the business’s acquisition strategy, demonstrating tangible delivery against its vision for expansion for the months ahead. Additionally, the deal enables Driveway Vehicle Solutions to deliver a broader range of fleet solutions, offering customers more choice, faster delivery and enhanced support.

Customers of both businesses will not see any immediate changes as a result of the acquisition. Instead, they can expect a seamless continuation of service, with the added benefit of Driveway Vehicle Solutions’ scale, supplier relationships and access to the wider Lithia UK Evans Halshaw and Stratstone retail networks.
